Communication techniques and interpretation know how that allows a person to bring history to life.

We shall be exploring the roles of stories, objects, personal experience and drama to include and engage with people. In addition we shall be looking at how to design and run hands on activities for both school groups and members of the public. The day will include a number of exercises as well as discussions to help us think about how we can enhance the quality of experience that we offer as interpreters or re enactors.

This course is designed to help you hone your skills whether you are dealing with school parties or the general public, within a museum, historic site or re enactment event.
